Sudip Kumar Denre believes in assisting customers as much as possible and, therefore, has a flexible cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed or work has begun, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
    • We do not accept cancellation requests for services involving custom funnel building, digital marketing campaigns, automation setups, or any digital product that has already been delivered. However, revisions or partial refunds may be considered if the service does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
  2. Refund Policy

    • If you receive a defective or unsatisfactory service, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. The request will be reviewed, and if the service does not match the agreed requirements, necessary corrections or partial refunds may be considered.
    • If the service provided includes a revision policy, clients are encouraged to first utilize the revision options before requesting a refund.
    • Any refunds approved by Sudip Kumar Denre will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
